Shipping policy (B2B)

Last updated: 28 March 2026

These documents apply to commercial relationships between legal entities and professionals acting for business purposes (B2B). They are not aimed at consumers acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Deliveries are made to business addresses agreed in the order. Incoterms (e.g. EXW, DAP, DDP) and the carrier shall be those stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed in writing. Delays due to force majeure, customs, or carrier issues do not entitle the customer to damages unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Dispatch and documentation

Jam Tech will provide commercial invoice and, where applicable, packing list, certificates or documentation agreed for the supply.

  • Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm.
  • The customer must verify packaging upon receipt and note any visible damage on the delivery document.
  • Non-EU shipments may be subject to customs duties and formalities borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Partial deliveries

Jam Tech may deliver in instalments if reasonable; each instalment may be invoiced separately unless agreed otherwise.
