These documents apply to commercial relationships between legal entities and professionals acting for business purposes (B2B). They are not aimed at consumers acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Returns of standard catalogue products are accepted only with prior written authorisation from Jam Tech and in accordance with the procedure below. Custom-made, configured or clearly personalised products are generally non-returnable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.
This policy applies to B2B customers. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to contracts between businesses in the usual sense of B2B trade.
Defective or non-conforming goods
The customer must notify Jam Tech in writing of any lack of conformity within a reasonable period from discovery, and in any case within the period agreed in the contract or, if none, within seven (7) days of delivery for visible defects unless mandatory law requires a longer period.
Jam Tech may request photographs, serial numbers and supporting documentation. Remedy may be repair, replacement or price reduction/credit as appropriate under the contract and applicable law.
Commercial returns (non-defective)
Where Jam Tech agrees to a commercial return, products must be unused, in original packaging and resalable condition. Restocking fees and transport costs may apply as stated in the return authorisation.
- Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number may be refused.
- Credit notes, if any, will be issued after inspection and acceptance of the returned goods.
- Products that cannot be resold for safety or traceability reasons may not be accepted.
