This policy describes how JAM TECH S.L. (Jam Tech) processes personal data in a B2B context: customers, suppliers, professional contacts and users of the private area who act on behalf of a company or organisation.
Jam Tech processes data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation.

- Identification and professional data: company name, contact persons, job title, work email and telephone, billing and delivery addresses.
- Commercial and contractual data: quotations, orders, invoices, payment references, correspondence related to the business relationship.

- Account data for the private area: credentials and activity linked to the registered business user.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to manage quotations and contracts, fulfil orders, invoicing, after-sales support, compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting), and legitimate interest in securing our systems and improving our services.
Marketing communications to professional contacts, where applicable, will be based on consent or legitimate interest in accordance with law; you may object or unsubscribe as indicated in each communication.
Retention
Data are kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose and legal retention periods (e.g. accounting and tax). After that, data are deleted or anonymised.
